For many who have left the bank due to the shortcomings in its previous services, this may be an opportunity to consider the bank once again. Manu's sincere interaction and approach to the customer are especially commendable. Today's experience has reminded me once again how important the approach of good employees is in raising the service quality of an institution. I see today's experience as a sign that this bank, which was part of our country's old memories, is returning to good service standards.
